Crestmont Architecture

Architecture for Crestmont's remaining phases is heavily influenced by the natural surroundings and the lay of the land.

Phases 7 and 8 are distinguished from previous phases by their gradual rise up the hillside and the resulting breathtaking views. To ensure harmony of the physical surroundings, variations in setbacks, building heights, orientation and grade levels have received meticulous consideration.

Six architectural styles that complement the landscape and each other are approved for new lots in Crestmont: French Country, Arts & Crafts, Tudor, Georgian, Colonial Revival and Prairie. A description of each is available in the Architectural Guidelines below.
